বাংলা নিউস রিপোর্ট ২৪: আওয়ামী লীগ সরকারের টানা তৃতীয় মেয়াদের সরকারের মন্ত্রীসভায় যোগ হতে যাচ্ছে আরও কিছু নতুন মুখ, এখন পর্যন্ত দলের সভাপতি ও প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা দুই নারী সাংসদসহ পাঁচজন আওয়ামী লীগ নেতাকে মন্ত্রীসভায় স্থান দেয়ার বিষয়টি প্রত্যেকে আলাদা আলাদা ভাবে নিশ্চিত করেছেন। এছাড়াও মহাজোটেরও শরিক দলগুলোকেও আনা হচ্ছে বর্ধিত এ মন্ত্রীসভায়।

তবে এক্ষেত্রে থাকছে কিছুটা ভিন্নতা। প্রথম দুই মেয়াদে মহাজোটের শরিক দলগুলোর শীর্ষ নেতৃত্বকে মন্ত্রীসভায় স্থান দেয়া হলেও এবার দলগুলোর দ্বিতীয় সারির নেতাদের মন্ত্রীসভায় স্থান দেয়া হচ্ছে। সংসদ নেতা ও প্রধানমন্ত্রী এরই মধ্যে শরিক দল থেকে যাদের মন্ত্রীসভায় স্থান দিতে চলেছেন তাদের ব্যক্তিগত ভাবে বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করে অভিনন্দন জানিয়েছেন।

আওয়ামী লীগের নীতিনির্ধারনী পর্যায় এবং সরকারে বিশ্বস্ত আলাদা আলাদা দুইটি সূত্র গণমাধ্যমকে বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেছে। সূত্র জানাচ্ছে: গণভবনে আয়োজিত এক অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা এসকল নেতাদের মন্ত্রীসভায় স্থান দেওয়ার বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেন। চীন সফর থেকে দেশে ফিরে প্রধানমন্ত্রী এ বিষয়ে পদক্ষেপ নেবেন বলে জানিয়েছে সূত্রটি।

এখন পর্যন্ত প্রবাসী কল্যাণ ও বৈদেশিক কর্মসংস্থান, মৎস্য ও পশুসম্পদ, নৌ পরিবহন, প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা, পানি সম্পদ, সংস্কৃতি, শ্রম ও কর্মসংস্থান, দুর্যোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং ত্রাণ, বেসামরিক বিমান পরিবহন ও পর্যটন এবং ধর্মীয় বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয়ের পূর্ণমন্ত্রী নেই।

এছাড়া, স্বরাষ্ট্র, বস্ত্র ও পাট, ভূমি, গৃহায়ন ও গণপূর্ত, খাদ্য, বাণিজ্য, কৃষি, মুক্তিযুদ্ধ বিষয়ক বিষয়, রেলওয়ে ও আইন মন্ত্রণালয়ের প্রতিমন্ত্রীর জায়গা ফাঁকা রয়েছে।

নতুন মন্ত্রীসভা গঠনের ৫ মাসের মাথায় ১৯ মে প্রথমবারের মতো পরিবর্তন আনা হয়। স্থানীয় সরকার, পল্লী উন্নয়ন ও সমবায় মন্ত্রণালয়ের মন্ত্রী তাজুল ইসলামকে শুধু স্থানীয় সরকারের মন্ত্রী করা হয়, স্বপ্ন ভট্টাচার্য্য হন পল্লী উন্নয়ন ও সমবায় প্রতিমন্ত্রী।

আর ডাক, টেলিযোগাযোগ ও তথ্য প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয়ের দায়িত্বে থাকা মন্ত্রী মোস্তফা জব্বারকে শুধু ডাক ও টেলিযোগাযোগ মন্ত্রণালয়ের মন্ত্রী করা হয়। আর জুনাইদ আহমেদ পলককে রাখা হয় তথ্য ও প্রযুক্তিমন্ত্রণালয়ের প্রতিমন্ত্রীর দায়িত্বে। এছাড়া স্বাস্থ্য প্রতিমন্ত্রী মুরাদ হাসানকে তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের প্রতিমন্ত্রী করা হয়।
