তখন ওই চিত্রনাট্যকার আর পরিচালকের সঙ্গে দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে আলাপ করেছি। তাঁরা আমাকে বুঝিয়েছেন, ব্যাখ্যা দিয়েছেন কেন এই চরিত্র এ রকম আচরণ করছে।’

সালমান খান আরও বলেন, ‘অমিতাভ বচ্চন বা দিলীপ কুমার যেকোনো মুহূর্তে যেকোনো চরিত্রে নিজেদের বদলে ফেলতে পারেন। কিন্তু আমার জন্য আরেকজন হতে, তার চরিত্রকে বিশ্বাস করতে সময় লাগে।

সালমান খান কিসে ভয় পান? জানালেন, যখন সমালোচকেরা সালমান খানের ছবিকে ভালো বলেন, তখন নাকি তিনি ভয় পান। আর ভড়কে যান। কারণ, সমালোচকদের মত নাকি দর্শকদের সঙ্গে মেলে না।
