বাংলা নিউস রিপোর্ট ২৪: একাদশ জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনে নজিরবিহীন ভরাডুবির পর অনেকটা মাঝি বিহীন নৌকার মতো চলছে বিএনপির রাজনৈতিক কার্যক্রম। কেন্দ্র থেকে দলের পক্ষে কোনো সুনির্দিষ্ট কর্মপরিকল্পনা আসছে না। বিএনপির স্থায়ী কমিটির অধিকাংশ সদস্যরা অনেকটাই নিষ্ক্রিয় হয়ে পড়েছেন রাজনীতিতে।

নির্বাচনে অংশগ্রহণ থেকে শুরু করে বিএনপি থেকে বিজয়ী সংসদ সদস্যদের সংসদে যোগদানের বিষয়ে মতবিরোধ প্রকট আকার ধারণ করেছে দলটির ভেতরে বাহিরে। ফলশ্রুতিতে দলটির ভবিষ্যৎ রাজনৈতিক কর্মসূচি নিয়ে অনেকটাই বিভ্রান্ত দলটির তৃণমূল নেতাকর্মীরা।

দলের সিনিয়র নেতাদের এমন দিশেহারা মনোভাবের কারণে অনেকটা হতাশা ও ক্ষোভ নিয়ে দেশের বিভিন্ন জায়গায় তৃণমূল নেতাকর্মীরা বিএনপি ত্যাগ করে ভিড় করছে অন্যান্য রাজনৈতিক দলে।

দলীয় সূত্রে জানা গেছে বিএনপির ভবিষ্যৎ করণীয় ঠিক করা নিয়ে  দলের সর্বোচ্চ নীতিনির্ধারণী ফোরাম স্থায়ী কমিটির সদস্যরা দুই ভাগ হয়ে দুই দিকে অবস্থান নিয়েছেন। তারা নিজেদের পক্ষ ভারী করার চেষ্টা করছেন। একপক্ষ এ নিয়ে আলোচনার জন্য জাতীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সভা তলবের দাবি জানিয়েছেন। অপরপক্ষ দলীয় সিদ্ধান্তের বিরোধীতাকারীদের সন্দেহের চোখে দেখছেন।

দলীয় সূত্র জানায়, বিএনপির প্রভাবশালী নেতা ও স্থায়ী কমিটির অন্যতম সদস্য ড.খন্দকার মোশাররফ হোসেন, ব্যারিস্টার মওদুদ আহমদ, গয়েশ্বর চন্দ্র রায় প্রমুখ দলের হাইকমান্ডের কাছে ব্যাখ্যা চেয়েছেন কেন নির্বাচন প্রত্যাখ্যান করে আবার সংসদে গেল বিএনপি।

তারা বলছেন, সংসদে যাওয়ার কারণে দলে বিভক্তি দেখা দিয়েছে। নেতাকর্মীদের মধ্যে অনৈক্য ও বিভ্রান্তি তৈরি হয়েছে। দলের তৃণমূলে হতাশা ভর করেছে। অপরদিকে দলের একাংশ বলছেন, তারা স্থায়ী কমিটির সদস্যদের পদত্যাগ চান। নতুন করে স্থায়ী কমিটি গঠন করতে হবে। কারণ বর্তমান কমিটির বেশিরভাগ সদস্য ব্যর্থ।

দলীয় নেতাকর্মীদের বিভ্রান্তি প্রসঙ্গে বুধবার দলটির প্রতিষ্ঠাতা জিয়াউর রহমানের ৩৮তম মৃত্যুবার্ষিকী উপলক্ষে রাজধানীতে আয়োজিত এক আলোচনা সভায় ব্যারিস্টার মওদুদ আহমদ বলেছেন, নির্বাচনের পর দলীয়ভাবে আমরা ফল প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছিলাম। সংসদকে অনির্বাচিত, অবৈধ সংসদ হিসেবে অভিহিত করেছিলাম।

সে কারণে আমরা এই সরকারের অধীনে ঢাকা উত্তর সিটি করপোরেশন এবং উপজেলা নির্বাচনে অংশগ্রহণ করি নাই। যারা অংশগ্রহণ করেছিলেন, তাদের বহিষ্কার করেছিলাম। কিন্তু হুট করে শপথ নিয়ে সংসদে যাওয়ায় আমাদের নেতাকর্মীদের মধ্যে অনৈক্য ও বিভ্রান্তি তৈরি হয়েছে।

এমতাবস্থায় বিগত জাতীয় নির্বাচনে বিপর্যয়ের পর তৃণমূলের লাখ লাখ নেতাকর্মীকে উজ্জীবিত করতে কোনোরকম গাইডলাইন বা দিকনির্দেশনা এবং মনিটরিংও নেই। ফলে হতাশ হয়ে পড়ছেন দলটির তৃণমূলের নেতাকর্মীরা। একই সঙ্গে কেন্দ্রের ওপরও ক্ষুব্ধ তারা। অচিরেই নেতাকর্মীদের মনোবল চাঙ্গা করে তাদের সক্রিয় করা না গেলে সাংগঠনিকভাবে বড় বিপর্যয় ঘটতে পারে বলে আশঙ্কা করছেন দলটির অনেক নেতাকর্মী।
